LaPorcshia Winfield is a Detroit-based visual artist working in oil paint, scratch paper, and clay sculpture. Her work explores childhood memory, Black joy, family, and the quiet moments that shape identity. Since receiving the Spirit of Detroit Award in 2024, she has built a growing collector base and an active exhibition record across the city.
